Ordering Products are ordered in the webshop by moving the products into the shopping cart. When you order from our webshop, you are expected to be familiar with our current terms and conditions. You will receive confirmation of your order to your email address.

Shipment time If we receive your order on Monday before 12 p.m., it will be delivered in same weeks delivery. We do not ship Thursday-Sunday. We are not responsible for damage to goods caused by inclimate weather or delivery services. During the rush times like Christmas, our delivery time may stretch longer, even up to over a week. During rush times you can ask us for an estimate for the shipment time.

Delivery method and delivery costs You can choose your preferred delivery method and delivery location for your order. You will see the delivery costs of your order after your selection. We mainly deliver orders as a postal package. Shipping costs include postage and packaging.

In Finland: The order will be delivered to the office chosen by the customer, from where the shipment can be redeemed against an arrival notification. Free shipping on orders over 50 €. PLS NOTE! This only applies to orders delivered to Finland. Choose free delivery when the total amount of your order exceeds 50 €.

Shipping costs include postage and packaging.

About chocolate There is a Best Before date in every product. Chocolate is best in room temperature, and we recommend +14-+20 C. Keep your chocolate away from strong smells, flavors and light.

Returns You are allowed to return the goods if they are unopened and in original condition but you are required to pay for the shipment back to us. If you want to return goods, please contact our customer service at pieni(at)suklaatehdas.com.

Return address: Pieni Suklaatehdas Porvoo Teollisuustie 15 06100 Porvoo Return only within 14 days from original shipping. When the return in accepted by us, we will credit the purchase.

Receiving damaged merchandise If you somehow receive a damaged merchandise, please contact Pieni Suklaatehdas customer service pieni(at)suklaatehdas.com as soon as possible to report the damage. Please note: the transportation company will require inspection of the packaging and contents. Therefore, all original packaging must be held for inspection. Detailed digital photographs showing the box, packaging materials and said-damage may be acceptable as evidence for claim purposes. PLS NOTE! Orders not picked up, will be discarded. They will not be resent.
