Vegan Brownie Cake

In our late chocolate café one of the most popular cakes was this wonderfully juicy and luscious vegan browniecake! This cake is easy and quick to prepare, and usually everyone loves it, vegan or not. You can add in a dough your own favourites, for example raspberries, goji berries, nuts a s o. Bake a cake in a large form or in several small ones.
Ice the cake with coconut cream coating with chocolate and decorate the way you wish. Mmmm, so delicious!

Vegan brownie cake

3 dl boiled black beans
3 tbsp dark cocoa powder
1 dl almond powder
2 tbsp dark sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
50 g coconut oil
1 dl dark syrup

100 g dark chocolate crushed

Mix all ingredients, add crushed dark chocolate. Bake for about 20 min in 175 C. Cool thoroughly before adding the coating.

Coconut cream coating with chocolate

250 ml coconut cream
2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
2-3 tbsp icing sugar
90 g dar chocolate melted

Whisk gently coconut cream with cocoa powder and icing sugar. Add melted chocolate and stir quickly. Ice the cake the way you like. Throw on top raspberries, goji berries, nuts a s o.
