Fiji 80% is the dark dairy-free chocolate of our bean to bar chocolate series. The wonderful red wine-like nuance of the Fijian forastero cocoa bean is beautifully presented in this 80% chocolate.
The cocoa beans come to us directly from the farmer in the Fiji Islands. We roast the beans and grind them in a stone mill for days.
