Madagascar 40% is an award-winning milk chocolate from our bean to bar chocolate series. The vibrant Trinitario cocoa bean blends with soft milk, resulting in a dark milk chocolate that tickles your taste buds with every bite! We make chocolate from scratch in our small factory. We roast and grind organic and direct trade cocoa beans. The wonderful chocolate mass is left to develop in the stone mill for several days. We store the finished chocolate for a long time, often for months, so that all the wonderful flavors can be unleashed. After tempering, we pour the chocolate into molds by hand. After packaging, our chocolate, made from scratch, is ready to travel to you!
